PHASE 01

Discovery Call

A free 30–45 minute Google Meet to understand what you're building, who it's for, and what "done" looks like. No sales script — just the questions that shape scope.

PHASE 02

Quotation

A written, itemized scope and fixed price, usually within 2–3 business days. You'll know exactly what's included, what isn't, and when each milestone is due before you sign anything.

PHASE 03

Build

Work runs in weekly sprints with a standing Google Meet check-in and a shared WhatsApp or Slack thread for anything urgent. You see real, running builds — not slide decks — at every check-in.

PHASE 04

Handoff

Launch, full source code, credentials, and documentation — the product is yours, fully and clearly. We stay on for an agreed support window after launch.

Working with international clients
Calls on Google Meet
Every check-in is scheduled through Cal.com and hosted on Google Meet, at a time that overlaps your working hours — US, EU, APAC, or GCC.
Async communication
WhatsApp, Slack, or email for day-to-day updates, so nothing depends on both of us being online at the same moment.
Payments in your currency
We invoice in USD, EUR, GBP, or INR via bank transfer, Wise, or PayPal — whichever is simplest on your end.
Written agreement upfront
A signed scope of work (and NDA, if you need one) before any build work starts — no verbal-only commitments.
